Gastritis is a major problem that most people face after the age of 30. It is currently affecting young people as well.

 Here are some tips to avoid this

    1. Neem flower can be dried and powdered in hot water to remove gas. The incurable stomach ulcer will go away.

     2. Take equal amounts of cumin, aloe vera and green camphor and make a powder and mix it with sugar in the morning, afternoon and night to remove gas.

    3. Take three spoons each of basil juice and ginger juice and drink it both morning and evening for three days to get rid of flatulence.

    4. Sukumalli can get rid of gas easily with some simple methods like drinking coffee, having lunch with garlic broth and eating frozen spinach.

    5. Eat without talking while eating.

Eating too much dairy products, cabbage, peas, onions and cauliflower can lead to flatulence.

    10. The growing child can be given itli or cereal porridge with a banana. Youngsters can eat Aval Pongal and / or Venpongal with fruit slices. Adults can eat boiled rice or cashews with red bean curd, papaya slices, and young guava.

Papaya: In case of gas formation, take a piece of papaya and put it in the mouth. It balances the gas. Stimulates digestive acids regularly. Thus preventing flatulence.

Bananas: Bananas are very effective. People with flatulence can control it by eating bananas immediately.

Exercising daily is also essential. May walk a little after eating.
